I have to keep in my mind that even though I am not seeing immediate changes in my body as of yet, I am still winning. No Coke again today, even though it seemed to be everywhere that I went. For a moment, I thought about buying a coke at the basketball game this evening. All the kids were drinking sodas. I should have one too! All through the day, I was strong. I chose water....life giving, abundant water. It cleanses, it soothes, and it replenishes a parched soul. I suppose I've needed to add water for some time. Be kind, be generous and don't forget to replenish a dried out sponge.
Short yes. Sleepy even more so!

You reminded me of our trips to the beach -- our after-work walks. The waves lapping over the rocks, washing everything, making everything new. Just like you. New.
